Sony/ATV Music Publishing has acquired the music catalog of songwriters Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller for an undisclosed sum. The catalogue contains more than 40 Top 40 hits, including “Stand By Me,” “Love Potion #9” and and “Jailhouse Rock.” Sony/ATV Music Publishing is a venture between Sony Corp. and Michael Jackson.
