Lawo Snaps Up Innovason
Lawo, a French manufacturer of digital audio networking and console systems for production, post production, broadcast, and related applications, announced that it has acquired a majority shareholding in Innovason, a fellow digital mixing console manufacturer from France. The move officially takes Innovason out of bankruptcy proceedings.
