Jammie Thomas Guilty Of File Sharing Again – To The Tune Of $1.92 Million

A federal jury has ruled that Jammie Thomas violated the copyrights on 24 songs, and awarded recording companies $1.92 million, or $80,000 per song. Thomas, now Thomas-Rasset, received an even bigger beatdown then the first time she was tried by a different federal jury in 2007, which only levied a $222,000 judgment.
