Sony BMG Licenses Video / Audio To Yahoo For User Generated Content
Sony BMG has signed a licensing deal with Yahoo that allows users to upload files with music or video content by the record company’s artists to the portal. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, although like most agreements of this nature, Sony BMG will most likely received an upfront payout, and then a cut of advertising revenue on those pages.
