Euphonix Doesn’t Get It
In another outstanding example of gear manufacturers who have a complete lack of understanding of electronic music culture, Euphonix is pimping their expensive MC Mix and MC Control interfaces using Rabbit In The Moon as their key endorser.
Now, we have nothing against Bunny and his sunglasses, but of all the quality artists that you could have picked to pitch your product, you pick a guy who’s much more famous for taking a metal grinder to his face, than for his music. Sad…
Bunny, aka Steve Eachon, released an album a year and a half ago that didn’t make any sort of impact on dance music sales in 2007. So why would Euphonix pick him to endorse their Artist Series of controllers?
