After seven years of trying to woo its rival into bed, Warner Music Group has officially announced that it will not make a last minute offer for EMI. The deadline to submit an offer is this Thursday. EMI has already agreed to a 2.4 billion-pound ($4.7 billion) takeover from private equity group Terra Firma.
