XM Radio Service Back In Action After “Software Glitch” Knocks Out Reception
XM Satellite Radio stated that its nationwide system has returned to normal strength, after a pesky “software glitch” killed reception for some customers. XM said the problem started during the loading of software to the satellite broadcast system, which resulted in a temporary loss of signal from one of the company’s satellites for a little over 24 hours.
