Accenture Acquires Digiplug
Accenture has purchased Digiplug, a French provider of mobile music content delivery services for record labels. Accenture, a consulting firm, says it will add the company’s expertise to its newly launched Digital Media Services group. Accenture bought Digiplug from Faith Inc, which also formerly owned U.S. ringtone company Moderati. The acquisition price was not disclosed.
