Rane, the well-known DJ mixer manufacturer has been sold to InMusic, home of Numark, Akai, Denon and other brands. Rane’s co-founders, Linda Arink and Dennis Bohn, cited their desire to retire, but apparently they will continue to operate in some capacity out of their home state of Washington.
Clearly, we haven’t heard the entire story of this acquisition…
