Singular Audio has released TubeDrve,a new vacuum tube guitar pedal that operates on a standard 9V 300mA power supply. The pedal employs a 6AS6 vacuum tube at high voltage (230VDC) to provide deep tube distortion.

Singular claims TubeDrve Pedal’s distortion amount can be set from subtle saturation to full blown distortion and both line and guitar level inputs are accepted. A switch allows for the tube to be set up as a triode or pentode. A led lights up the tube when it’s being overdriven.
Biasing control of the tube allows for either symmetrical or asymmetrical clipping.
The 6AS6 tube is socketed which allows for easy replacement. The footswitch is on a standard connector, allowing replacement without soldering if ever needed.
