Sony Readies PCM-D50 Digital Recorder

Sony is set to release the new PCM-D50 Digital Recorder this weekend. The D50 is a powerful, compact version of Sony’s flagship PCM-D1 Digital Field Recorder, and offers 24 bit / 96 kHz recording, two-position Electret Condenser Stereo Microphones, and PC/MAC file transfer via USB 2.0, at only 1/3rd the cost of its big brother.
