Starplugs Releases Quantum Stereo Limiter

Starplugs have released Quantum Limiter Stereo, a VST stereo limiter plug-in for Windows that guarantees* a defined level with “no distortion, no pumping, no ducking and no delay” in the quantum range of up to 6 dB overload.
