Modeled After Reftone 2LD Reference Speakers By Stealth Sonics, Reftone has premiered the new LD-2H “In-Ear Reference Speaker headphones.” First off, these are simply reference earphones, why Reftone chooses to call these Speaker Headphones makes zero sense and is completely confusing. Why companies decide to do this is beyond us, especially when they send out a press release with virtually no concrete specifications.
Here’s what we can tell you, the earphones, co-developed by Stealth Sonics, contain a single-driver, which is modeled after the original single-driver Reftone 2LD Studio Reference Monitors, and will cost $199.
