Native Instruments Releases Carbon Decay Sample Expansion For Maschine & Friends

Native Instruments has released Carbon Decay, a new Industrial Techno Expansion set. The inspiration behind Carbon Decay can be found in the clang of 70’s post-punk and industrial, as well as in the tougher elements of rave and hardcore culture. Fusing broken rhythms with sound design, its an aesthetic pioneered by artists such as Blawan, Surgeon, Karenn, and the British Murder Boys. Created by the Berlin-based sound design and production studio Irrupt, Carbon Decay bursts with hard kicks and barbed rhythmic sounds – packed into kits for Battery and Maschine. New synth presets for Massive and Monark provide analog-style basses, alien stabs, and shifting, organic textures for creating primal techno grooves.
