Hercules has premiered the Hercules DJControl Compact, a micro MIDI DJ controller that enables the digital DJ to control loops, effects, samples and Cue points using its two sets of four pads, and modulate the sound with two-band equalizers, as well as control the volume independently on both tracks. You can even do some scratching using the controller’s dual 3-inch jog wheels. It’s also an inexpensive backup solution in the event of problems with the main controller.
With a footprint of just 13.4 x 3.9 inches, the DJControl Compact can also be a viable controller for DJing impromptu parties in your dorm room, on the bus, or waiting to use the bathroom at your next EDM festival. DJControl Compact comes with DJUCED 18° mixing software. Intuitive to use, it lets you quickly master all the basic skills that any DJ needs to know, as well as saving your mixes.
