Vestax Announces Spin2 djay Controller
Vestax has announced Spin2, a controller specifically designed for the excellent algoriddim djay mixing software. Spin2 is a 2-channel DJ controller that directly connects and natively controls algoriddim djay for Mac, on the iPad, iPhone and iPod touch with integrated connections. Spin2 comes with all essential tools to DJ in a simplified layout, and with djay’s integration with iTunes, you can easily trigger loops, jump to cue points, add effects, play samples, scratch, beat sync and mix your favorite songs in your music library.
Spin2 and djay perfectly integrate with your iTunes library in your Mac, iPad, iPhone and iPod touch. With the simplified navigation control you can search and load tracks all from Spin2.You can also immediately jump to a desired point in a song with the two touch strip controls without missing the beat. If you’ve put together a killer mix, use the recording function of djay to save it to your iTunes library as an AIFF file and share it with your friends or with unlimited listeners online. Jingles and samples can be played with the dedicated Sampler Pads to excite the crowd and the high-resolution touch sensitive jog wheels are tuned for smooth scratching. Battery lifetime is no longer the limit as Spin2 powers and charges your iPad, iPhone and iPod touch with the integrated 30-pin connector. You can mix all night long without to worrying about running out of juice.
