Elton John & The Doors Now Available For Download
The remaining members of The Doors and Elton John have finally licensed their back catalog for digital download.
All six albums recorded by the Los Angeles group, led by the late Jim Morrison, are being made available for download, which marks fortieth anniversary of the original release of The Doors debut album. The group will also release of two new greatest hits collections, along with several unreleased tracks and alternate versions of past hits.
Elton John also made his music available online to mark his sixtieth birthday, which was on Sunday. The archive of over 400 tracks, covering four decades of work by the English Knight, is being made available through Apple’s iTunes service.
