ExperimentalScene Releases AntiAlias

ExperimentalScene has released AntiAlias, a VST effect plug-in for Windows. AntiAlias VST filters out unwanted harnonics that occur at a frequency above the nyquist. It achieves this by oversampling the input signal and then filtering out the disturbed frequencies. If you are using any effects or filters that cause aliasing, such as oscillators that are not bandlimited, ExperimentalScene claims AntiAlias VST can remove the aliasing for you.

The images above show how a simple square waveform which is not bandlimited and so therefore is heavily aliased becomes an antialiased square wave.

Features:
• Stereo Input and Output
• 32 Bit Floating Point Audio Engine

ExperimentalScene’s AntiAlias costs $5. More information on ExperimentalScene AntiAlias.
