YouTube To Share Ad Revenue With Contributors

YouTube, owned by the unstoppable force that is Google, plans to share advertising revenues from its über-popular site with contributors. The new “affiliate program” will formally bow this Spring.

This new system could provide an additional revenue stream to many different music industry businesses from music video content to instructional videos.
