Acon Digital Media Upgrades Acoustica To Version 4

Acon Digital Media has upgraded Acoustica, audio editor for the Windows platform, to version 4. The latest version comes with a new user interface with customizable menus and toolbars. It’s been tested to run under Windows Vista and supports VST plug-ins. The new real-time analyzers allow you to monitor the audio output visually.

The improved Cleaning Wizard now allows more detailed editing and makes it even easier to transfer old recordings to CDs. With the integrated digital emulation of a phono preamplifier, there is no longer a need for an external phono preamplifier. The record player can be connected directly to the sound card of your computer.

The upgrade to version 4.0 of Acon Digital Media’s Acoustica is free for users that purchased Acoustica 3.3 after February 1st 2006 and for Acoustica Power Bundle users, otherwise the upgrade price from Acoustica 2.x or 3.x is $24.90 USD.
