../ 2005 NAMM Report: Damage Control
Damage Control, is a new guitar pedal company
based out of California that utilizes Class A tubes in their two new products.
Why would Futuremusic be interested in guitar pedals? Well, their
new Tube PreAmp, the Demonizer, may be a unique solution for electronic musicians who want to add a tube preamp with EQ and an
analog opto-compressor as a Direct In solution for their computer.
Running Acid riffs from a 303, drum loops or even vocals through the Demonizer could yield some great results. The metal boxes
are very well constructed with dual 12AX7 tubes and weighty metal knobs.
