Behringer has been slowly leaking details on their new affordable monster synth, the DeepMind 12. The leaks have showcased the synth and some of its features, but now we’re getting word that the synth will reportedly ship in limited quantities before the new year for $999. It hasn’t been specified if the $999 is the street price or MSRP.
In addition, Uli Behringer has been posting design ideas for the rack-mount version, which has synthesists even more excited than the keyboard version. The Wi-Fi action is allegedly for controlling the synth via an iPad.
