Mixed In Key Purchases Harmonic-Mixing.com
Mixed In Key has acquired Harmonic-Mixing.com, an educational website for DJ’s to learn harmonic mixing, a professional DJ technique that eliminates key clashes.
Launched in 2006, Mixed In Key gained recognition in the DJ arena and is currently used by thousands of DJs. In late 2006, Mixed In Key became a software partner of British mixer manufacturer, Allen & Heath Ltd. Mixed in Key’s acquisition of Harmonic-Mixing.com includes all copyrights and trademarks for the Camelot notation, Camelot wheel and the harmonic-mixing.com website.
“I am very pleased to enter this new relationship with Mixed In Key. Harmonic mixing is an introduction to music theory, which is the core of music education. It is our belief that music education improves cognitive functioning, which in turn improves intelligence.
