Dave Addey Updates DJ-1800 To Version 3.1

Dave Addey has updated his Mac-based software mixing program, DJ-1800, to version 3.1. The update offers new features and enhancements including iPhone support, enabling DJs to mix music stored on any iPhone or iPod Touch. In addition, v3.1 adds support for new DJ controllers from Denon, Numark and M-Audio, and enables users to create their own plug-ins for any hardware controller. (This last feature is somewhat unclear, so we’ve reached out to Dave to find out more. –Ed.)

Enhancements:
» A new mid-range EQ control
» User-definable Low, Mid and Hi EQ ranges of up to -20 dB / +12 dB
» Support for the Denon DN-HC4500, M-Audio X-Session Pro, Numark DMC2, Numark iCDX and Numark Total Control
» iPhone Support
» Plug-in creation support

Addey’s DJ-1800 3.1 costs $80 bills and is available now. Upgrades from previous versions will set you back $20. A fully-functioning demo is also available. More information on Dave Addey DJ-1800.
