D16 Announces Fazorton Phaser Plug-In For Mac & PC
D16 has announced the Fazortan, a new “Silver Line” phaser effect plug-in for Mac and PC. D16 claims that the new plug-in has an “analog feel of the sound” and provides complete control of the Phase shift parameter giving you total adjustability for the desired contour with high precision.
Due to the analog modelling technique D16 has developed, they were able to implement allpass filters comprising characteristics identical to its analog counterpart based on Operational Transconductance Amplifiers, which they claim will provide the “unique magical breeze so audible in most of Jean Michael Jarre’s tunes.”
