Weekend Fun: Tupperware Sound

Adachi Tomomi, performer / composer / sound poetry / video / non-web-designer, has showcased a new concept in food preservation / synthesizers, dubbed Tupperware Sound. Tomoni’s self-made instruments “are consists of simple electronic circuit, almost case built in tupperware. They never can make precise pitch, but have good sound and noise, easy to operate and carry and worked by battery.”

Tomomi has created Tupperware versions of an analog synthesizer, a Theremin, a video processor, electronic percussion, and even has gone so far as to make instruments made out of vegetables (Is nothing sacred? —Ed.)
