Samsung Reveals Next-Generation High Def Radio Chipset
Samsung has announced their next-generation, chipset for High Definition, digital radio. The new technology will bow in the beginning of 2008 and is designed to incorporate digital radio technology into a range of portable players, car stereos and new platforms to expand the HD Radio market.
Samsung has revealed that the new chipset will boast power and deliver high-performance capabilities, including a System-in-Package (SIP) module and a CMOS, mixed-signal single-chip tuner.
