Quepasa Announces RingTone Service
Quepasa has announced a new service that allows users to sell their own ringtones. For a $4.99 registration fee, anyone can upload their own creations and share in the revenue generated by selling them. Quepasa, not really known for its music action, is a portal aimed at Spanish-speaking individuals that provides email, instant messaging, chat, forums and other community fare.
Quepasa will display the uploaded ringtones in their online store and pay registrants 50% of the income that Quepasa earns from each sale. Crazy Frog, anyone? Anyone??!
