Front End Releases Safe Sound Compressor
Front End Audio has released the Safe Sound Compressor, a new product from Safe Sound Audio U.K. The product is a 2-channel, dual mono/stereo linkable compressor-limiter suitable for tracking or mixing purposes.
The yet-unnamed compressor features two side-chain EQ circuits, a “blend” feature to mix the affected signal with the original source, and a “drive” circuit, which does not utilize a starved plate tube design but rather a fresh design. Also, the compressor offers various plug-in output transformer choices, giving owners a wider range of sound.
