IODA To Acquire Uploader
IODA announced the signing of a Letter of Intent to acquire Uploader, a leading European digital music distributor based in London. IODA will assume all Uploader business operations and add their quality roster of 150 labels representing 50,000+ tracks to its catalog, and will welcome their accomplished staff to the IODA team to run the company’s operations for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The announcement was made today from the Popkomm conference in Berlin, Germany.
